ISW: Moscow might use the problem of safety on the Zaporizhzhia NPP to disrupt US negotiations with Ukraine
The Institute for the Examine of Struggle believes that Russia might strengthen narratives in regards to the risk to the Zaporizhzhia NPP from Ukraine with a purpose to spoil the present negotiations between the US and Kyiv.
