Cyber consultants from Ukrainian Intelligence disabled the techniques of main Russian web suppliers
On account of DDOS assaults, the servers of the massive Russian supplier "Sibseti" have failed. Failures have been recorded in 4 cities in Siberia, customers complain concerning the lack of Web entry.
