The FIFA Congress assembly in Paraguay was delayed by three hours on account of Infantino's lateness

The beginning of the FIFA Congress assembly in Asuncion was postponed by three hours as a result of late arrival of FIFA President Gianni Infantino. The delay precipitated outrage amongst delegates.
