The Vietnamese authorities has ordered the blocking of the Telegram messenger – Reuters

The Vietnamese Ministry of Know-how has ordered Telegram to be blocked because of its refusal to share person information and struggle crime. The blocking was initiated because of the giant variety of crimes in Telegram channels.
