The EU has lastly accepted the SAFE protection funding program value €150 billion: Ukraine may be concerned

The EU Council has adopted the SAFE program value €150 billion to stimulate joint procurement within the area of protection. The instrument will permit the bloc to help Ukraine by linking its protection business with this system.
