Ukrainian troopers proceed to return from Russian captivity: Zelenskyy introduced one other change
President Zelenskyy introduced the return from Russian captivity of many of the troopers who had been there for greater than two years. Amongst them are defenders of Mariupol, Donetsk Oblast, Luhansk Oblast, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Kherson Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, and Chernihiv Oblast.
