The HUR recognized 20 extra Russian vessels and 600 Iranian tankers of the “shadow fleet”<p>The up to date Struggle&amp;Sanctions database now incorporates data on 626 vessels of the Russian and Iranian "shadow fleet" that guarantee unlawful oil provides bypassing sanctions.
