White Home spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt has stated that Russian chief Vladimir Putin agreed to a bilateral assembly with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Quote: "The president [Donald Trump – ed.] has at all times stated that there are areas of disagreement on this warfare that should be mentioned and determined upon by these two nations. And so he desires these two nations to have interaction in direct diplomacy."
Particulars: Leavitt said that of their conversations with Trump, each the Ukrainian and Russian leaders "expressed a willingness to take a seat down with one another, and so our nationwide safety workforce will assist each nations do this".
When requested whether or not Putin had confirmed to Trump his readiness for a bilateral assembly with Zelenskyy, Leavitt stated sure.
