Police have detained a suspect in a terrorist assault within the metropolis centre of Dnipro close to a territorial recruitment centre on 14 December, which killed a person and injured 4 folks.

Particulars: At 14:45 on Saturday, an explosion rang out close to one of many administrative buildings within the central district of Dnipro.
