
The European Union will prepare 75,000 Ukrainian navy personnel as a part of its EUMAM coaching mission by February 2025, EU chief diplomat Kaja Kallas introduced at a press convention following the Overseas Affairs Council on Dec. 16.
“The EU should proceed supporting Ukraine militarily. By the top of winter, the EU could have educated 75,000 Ukrainian service members,” Kallas stated.
Kallas additionally highlighted that the EU has offered Ukraine with €4.2 billion in funds help this month and can start allocating €1.5 billion month-to-month beginning January 2025.
Kallas emphasised the significance of additional assist, echoing Ukrainian Overseas Minister Andrii Sybiha's name throughout the ministerial assembly for elevated ammunition provides, stronger air defenses, and expanded help for Ukraine's protection business.
