Official caught on Nationwide Anti-Corruption Bureau tapes from Energoatom investigation flees Ukraine

Serhii Pushkar, a member of Ukraine's Nationwide Fee for State Regulation of Power and Public Utilities and an individual of curiosity in a Nationwide Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) investigation into alleged embezzlement at state nuclear power firm Energoatom, left Ukraine on 11 November.

Particulars: Pushkar was the chief director for authorized help at Energoatom between 2022 and 2025.

On 3 September 2025, following an open aggressive choice course of, he was appointed as a member of the Nationwide Fee for State Regulation of Power and Public Utilities.
