Russia's Safety Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev has threatened Ukraine's management with "retaliation" following the assassination of Lieutenant Basic Igor Kirillov, the top of the Radiation, Chemical and Organic Safety Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, in Moscow.
