The Russians are planning to allocate RUB 700 billion (about US$8,7 billion) for the Siberia Growth Programme, which includes mass eviction of residents of Ukraine's quickly occupied territories.

Particulars: Russia has already begun sending official letters to quickly occupied areas demanding to "determine staff for potential long-term enterprise journeys to the Far East". Faculties, hospitals and utility suppliers have obtained such notices.
Quote: "Managers are pressured to submit lists of 'staff not burdened by household circumstances' – a wording that, in essence, identifies essentially the most susceptible and people who may be most simply deported with out important public resonance."
Extra particulars: The NRC acknowledged that this reproduces Soviet-era "organised recruitment" practices, which had been beforehand employed to expel Crimean Tatars, Ukrainians, Chechens and different peoples.
