Ukraine rejects concept of Russian athletes returning to Winter Olympics<p>Minister of Youth and Sports activities Matviy Bidnyi acknowledged that it’s too early to speak concerning the participation of Russian and Belarusian athletes within the Winter Olympic Video games. He emphasised that battle is against the law, and Russian athletes shouldn’t be allowed to have a global enviornment.</p>
