Zelenskyy on Putin’s proposal of a “duel” between Oreshnik missile and Ukraine’s air defence: We’re coping with mentally unstable individuals

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has reacted to Russian chief Vladimir Putin's proposal for a technological experiment during which the West and Ukraine can resolve on a goal in Kyiv for a Russian Oreshnik missile strike after which attempt to intercept the Russian missile, noting that these are the phrases of a mentally unstable individual.

Quote from Zelenskyy: "Do you see who we’re coping with? Immediately, the Kremlin's ‘comrade’ mentioned that Russia is providing a technological duel. He [Putin] mentioned: ‘We'll hit Kyiv with the Oreshnik missile someplace and [Ukraine] can attempt to intercept it. And let's see what occurs.’ Do you assume this can be a mentally secure individual? They’re simply psychological."
