The problem of elections in Ukraine should be determined by Ukrainians themselves – Rutte<p>NATO Secretary Normal Mark Rutte acknowledged that the choice on holding elections in Ukraine through the struggle is an inside matter of the state. The Alliance sees no grounds for exterior strain on the Ukrainian management concerning this concern.</p>
