Surovikin and two different Russian generals have been charged with suspicion of intentional homicide of civilians in Dnipropetrovsk area<p>Three Russian generals, together with Sergey Surovikin, have been notified of suspicion within the case of shelling of Nikopol district in the summertime of 2022. Because of the assaults, 16 civilians have been killed and 21 individuals have been injured.</p>
