Brigadier Basic Pavlo Palisa, Deputy Head of the Workplace of the President of Ukraine, has stated Russian forces haven’t deserted plans to grab Ukrainian territory, together with the regional centres of Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Mykolaiv and Odesa.
