The Russian International Ministry summoned the ambassadors of the UK and France on 13 March to lodge a protest after Ukrainian forces used Franco-British Storm Shadow missiles to strike town of Bryansk on 10 March.

Particulars: The ministry said that through the démarche, the direct involvement of the UK and France was cited in "this act of terrorism, which resulted in seven deaths and over forty accidents".
"It was emphasised that, if London and Paris proceed to be complicit within the Kyiv regime's struggle crimes, these European capitals will bear duty for the damaging penalties of the armed battle and the escalation of tensions," the Russian International Ministry stated.
The ministry additionally stated Moscow regards the strike on Bryansk as a "deliberate provocation aimed toward undermining intensified efforts to peacefully resolve the Ukrainian disaster."
