Holes is being buried at Disney+.
The streaming platform is not shifting ahead with a TV collection reimagining Louis Sachar's 1998 YA novel and the 2003 Disney film adaptation that starred a younger Shia LaBeouf, Leisure Weekly has confirmed. Deadline Hollywood first reported the information.
As EW reported in January, Disney ordered a pilot for the challenge that put a gender-flipped spin on the story. The present had been set to star Shay Rudolph, who performed Stacey on Netflix's canceled-too-soon model of The Baby-Sitters Club, in addition to film veteran Greg Kinnear and Saturday Night time Stay alum Aidy Bryant.
