Lena Dunham is open to a “Women” spinoff about Shoshanna: ‘I might be f—ing thrilled!’

Shoshanna Shapiro has grow to be a little bit of a fan favourite among the many new era of Women watchers, and present creator Lena Dunham stated she's open to exploring a by-product for the character.

Lately showing on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Dunham addressed her Women costar Zosia Mamet's earlier feedback about wanting Shoshanna to have her personal present.

In January, Mamet went on the Not Skinny However Not Fats podcast and stated that she had been making an attempt to persuade Dunham to revive the character. Mamet stated she missed enjoying Shoshanna and wished to know what her character can be doing now.

Dunham stated she has "kicked round" concepts with Mamet for a possible Shoshanna spinoff, though it doesn't seem that they’ve landed on something but.

Women ran for six seasons and resulted in 2017. The HBO dramedy adopted aspiring author Hannah (Dunham) and her three associates Marnie (Allison Williams), Jessa (Jemima Kirke), and Shoshanna (Mamet) navigating post-grad life in New York Metropolis.
