Plane restore is hampered by paperwork: specialists name for simplified certification and up to date documentation approaches<p>Outdated certification procedures and the shortage of authorized assist for modifications in documentation are hindering the restore of aviation tools in Ukraine. This poses a risk to the functioning of Soviet plane, significantly Mi-8 helicopters, that are critically necessary for Ukraine.</p>
