On-line Playing Monitoring: PlayCity Explains How It Will Work and When It Will Launch<p>The state company PlayCity introduced that the State On-line Monitoring System (SOMS) for playing will probably be launched in two phases, with the estimated full launch of the second section in December 2026. The primary section of SOMS, whose growth started in September 2025, will value virtually UAH 26 million and can enable monitoring of gamers' cash transfers and their identifiers.</p>
