We’d like no less than $1 billion: Ukraine plans to begin its personal chip manufacturing

The Cupboard of Ministers has authorized the Digital Improvement Technique till 2030, which envisages the institution of chip manufacturing in Ukraine. The Ministry of Digital Transformation estimates that no less than $1 billion is required to launch the manufacturing.
