Romania's Protection Ministry confirmed on Jan. 17 that it had discovered Russian drone fragments in two communities located on the Romania-Ukraine border.
The 2 assault drones, positioned within the communities of Chatalchioi and Kiliya Veche in Tulcea County, have been discovered following a Russian in a single day drone assault on Ukraine. Residents within the Romanian border communities obtained air raid alerts amid the assault.
