Denys "Redis" Prokopenko promoted to Brigadier Basic<p>Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree selling Denys Prokopenko, commander of the first Corps of the Nationwide Guard of Ukraine "Azov", to the army rank of brigadier normal. Prokopenko, often called "Redis", led the protection of Mariupol and is a Hero of Ukraine.</p>
