GRU naval drone strike: oil terminals in Tuapse and Novorossiysk paralyzed – sources<p>On September 24, 2025, naval drones of the Primary Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Protection of Ukraine attacked ports in Novorossiysk and Tuapse. On account of the operation, the work of Transneft's oil loading complicated and the Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal was paralyzed.</p>
