Greater than 78% of Ukrainians imagine the state was unprepared for the Russian invasion – ballot<p>The overwhelming majority of Ukrainians (78%) proceed to imagine that Ukraine didn’t do sufficient to organize for the Russian invasion. In line with a KMIS ballot, 50% of respondents think about the efforts completely inadequate, which is 6% greater than in September.</p>
