North Korean troopers didn’t know they might take part in warfare towards Ukraine – South Korean ambassador

South Korea's ambassador to the UN stated that the DPRK army believed they have been going to Ukraine for coaching, not warfare. There are 12,000 North Korean troops within the Kursk area of Russia.
