
Drones attacked the Syzran Oil Refinery in Russia's Samara Oblast in a single day on Feb. 19, Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev reported on his Telegram channel.
Residents posted movies on social media purportedly exhibiting a big blaze on the refinery. Sounds of explosions had been reported at round 2:45 a.m. native time.
