Russia cynically said that it struck vital infrastructure services in Ukraine utilized by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<p>The Russian Ministry of Protection said that it launched a large strike on vital infrastructure services in Ukraine, together with Kinzhal hypersonic missiles. This was allegedly in response to "terrorist assaults by Ukraine on civilian targets in Russia."</p>
