Russia forecasts report funds deficit of over $68 billion — CPD<p>The Russian authorities expects a funds deficit of $68 billion by the top of 2025, nearly double earlier forecasts. This is because of a discount in oil and gasoline revenues and excessive conflict expenditures.</p>
