Russian agent getting ready to detonate explosives close to SBU constructing in Kyiv, detained – SBU

A Russian agent who deliberate to explode the SBU constructing with 7 kg of explosives was detained in Kyiv. A 22-year-old drug addict from Lviv was recruited by way of Telegram and put in video surveillance to file the assault.
