Russian occupants acquired particular orders for February 23-24 – ATESH
Russian troops in Crimea and within the occupied territories of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia areas have acquired orders for enhanced safety measures for February 23-24. The navy is prohibited from sporting uniforms exterior of their models and ordered to watch the “dry regulation”.
