Russians strike on the middle of Kharkiv: the mayor reported arrivals and fires

Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with a drone strike on an administrative constructing within the Saltovsky district. The strike began a fireplace, damaging the home windows of a high-rise constructing and a gasoline station.
