Shmyhal reported what number of colleges and medical services destroyed by the Russians have already been rebuilt

Infrastructure destroyed by the Russians is being restored in Ukraine. Greater than 800 colleges and a few thousand medical services have been rebuilt, Prime Minister Shmyhal stated.
