Help parameters have already been agreed: Zelenskyy stated that 2 billion hryvnias will probably be allotted to assist 200 frontline communities

The Cupboard of Ministers is allocating 2 billion hryvnias for 200 frontline and border communities in 9 areas of Ukraine. The funds will probably be used for safety wants, restoration and development of shelters.
