    Details

According to one of the employees of a cultural institution in Ust-Kut district, a conference call was held in late October, where regional officials announced that they were withholding part of the bonuses, which could reach 10,000-40,000 rubles per employee. She said that the funds were allegedly directed to the needs of the military due to a lack of funds to support the military operations.
