The enemy attacked civilian infrastructure within the Sumy neighborhood with MLRS

A number of explosions had been recorded within the Sumy neighborhood after 9 PM. In keeping with preliminary data, the assault was carried out with long-range MLRS on the outskirts of the neighborhood. Happily, there have been no casualties.
