Three districts of Kharkiv partially with out energy after occupiers' strikes – mayor<p>Three districts of Kharkiv have been partially left with out electrical energy on account of occupiers' strikes. This occurred after a Russian strike destroyed an outbuilding of a medical facility, broken 12 automobiles, and injured 4 individuals.</p>
