Jean-Noël Barrot called for not being prejudiced about Trump's possible decisions on Ukraine and for more time. France emphasizes the importance of providing Kyiv with all the necessary means to counter Russian aggression.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot called for avoiding prejudice before Donald Trump resolves the conflict in Ukraine, as more time should be given for this, UNN reports with reference to Sky News.

The French Foreign Minister says that Kyiv and its allies should not be prejudiced before Donald Trump resolves the conflict in Ukraine,

"We should not be prejudiced at all about what a second Trump administration might mean for Ukraine. We have to give it time," Barro said.

According to him, any initiatives should ensure that Ukraine itself determines the time and conditions for participation in the negotiation process.

He added that Western allies should provide Kyiv with all the necessary means to repel Russian troops invading Ukraine.
