Ukraine has introduced dwelling 175 Ukrainian troopers in a one-for-one prisoner change with Russia, President Volodymyr Zelensky introduced on March 19.
One other 22 Ukrainian service members returned by means of negotiations outdoors of the one-for-one change.
"This is among the largest exchanges. Our troopers, sergeants and officers are returning. The troopers who fought for our freedom within the Armed Forces, Navy, Nationwide Guard, Territorial Protection Forces and Border Guard," Zelensky wrote on Telegram.
