Ukraine launches "SvitloDim" program: HOAs can obtain as much as UAH 300,000 for power tools<p>The Ukrainian authorities is launching the "SvitloDim" program to assist condo buildings throughout energy outages. Owners' associations (HOAs) and administration corporations can obtain from UAH 100,000 to UAH 300,000 for the acquisition of power tools.</p>
