Ukrainian cities declare days of mourning over Russia's horrible missile assault on Sumy

Following the horrific Russian assault on Sumy, many cities in Ukraine have declared Days of Mourning. Kyiv, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Lviv areas are reducing flags in reminiscence of the victims.
