Any diplomacy with Russia have to be backed up by firepower and stress, says Ukraine’s overseas minister

Ukrainian Overseas Minister Andrii Sybiha has acknowledged, following a Russian missile strike on the town of Sumy, that any diplomacy with Russia have to be supported by firepower, sanctions and stress.
