Armed clashes in Colombia: at the least 39 folks killed on the border with Venezuela

A minimum of 39 folks have been killed within the border area of Norte de Santander attributable to conflicts between unlawful armed teams. The battle for management over the drug commerce has led to the suspension of peace talks with the ELN.
