Quote: "In accordance with the investigation, on 26 January 2025, regulation enforcement officers found the our bodies of a 62-year-old man and his 86-year-old mom within the village of Ponomarenky, Velyka Pysarivka hromada, Okhtyrka district. They’d been making ready to evacuate on 9 December 2024 and had since misplaced contact.
Early information suggests the people have been killed in enemy shelling."
