Chinese language cargo ship runs aground off Sakhalin coast

The vessel An Yang 2 with 20 crew members ran aground 200 meters off the coast of Sakhalin. There are greater than 700 tons of gas oil, diesel gas and coal on board, and a state of emergency has been launched.
