Czech Overseas Minister Jan Lipavský has acknowledged that Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin has constantly rejected all peace proposals and continues to launch new strikes on Ukraine's areas every single day.

Lipavský made this assertion to the Czech information company ČTK after his Slovak counterpart, Juraj Blanár, confirmed on 27 December that Slovakia is ready to host future peace talks relating to Ukraine.
