Loss of life toll from 31 July Russian strike on Kramatorsk rises to 5

The dying toll from a Russian assault on town of Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast on 31 July has risen to 5.

Background:

• On the afternoon of 31 July, Russian forces launched a focused strike on a five-storey residence block. Half of the constructing was utterly destroyed. Initially, experiences indicated one particular person had been killed and eleven injured.
• Later, it was reported that no less than 30 buildings and 13 autos had been broken within the assault.
• As of three August, authorities reported that no less than 4 folks had been killed and 13 injured.
